Can I try Yollty for free?
Of course! That is why we created a free version that gives you access to the loyalty program until 100 members. So you can start, share it with your customers and then go to the next level only when you have reached your limit. And by then, you would have seen that users love your Digital Loyalty program.
How do I give stamps to my customers?
Open the business app, select the number of stamps you want to give and then press the number of stamps you want to give at the button at the bottom of the screen. Then, show to the client the QR code that has been generated. After the client scans it, they will automatically receive the stamps on their smartphone device.
How do I give points to my customers?
In your Dashboard, you set up a rule (for example 10 points for each euro/dollar/pound (or any other currency) spent). Then when the client arrives at your location. Open the business app, enter the amount he spent, it will directly calculate the number of points he earned. Then, show to the client the QR code that has been generated. After the client scans it, they will automatically receive the points on their smartphone device.
How can a customer claim a gift?
When one of your customers reaches the number of points/stamps you defined, he can just come to you with his app, select your business and click on Rewards. On your side, you just need to open the Yollty Business App, press the “Claim Gift” button at the bottom of the screen. Scan the QR code that your customer has presented to you and when you see the claimed message on your device you can safely give them their well-deserved gift.
Can I choose the gift type?
Yes of course. It is your choice and each local business is unique. Yollty does not impose any restrictions on what you can offer. It is up to you to decide how to reward your customers. However, we do provide support and guidance on how to select your gift, should you wish it.
How can my customers start using my loyalty program?
Once you subscribe to Yollty, your business will be visible in the app. Your clients will have to simply download the regular Yollty app (not the business one) and click on “+” to find your business according to the categories, by searching for you by your name or simply by activating their geolocation. Once they find your business, they can simply add it to their membership screen.
Is your product GDPR-compliant?
Yes. User data are made anonymous in order to respect that. That is also why you do not have access to the name or emails of your community in order to respect their privacy. You can reach out to them via Yollty.
So what data do I have access to?
Yollty gives you access to an extensive range of data analytics on your business, from the number of stamps or points you gave to the number of customers using your loyalty card, how often they come and we are working on new data you can use.
Do I need any particular skill to use Yollty?
Using Yollty does not require any specific knowledge or skill. Its technology is very intuitive, and no training is required. You simply need your phone to start.
Does Yollty works with every phone brand?
Yes! Yollty effectively works with both iOS and Android.
Can I send a message to my members?
Yes, you can send them messages! Depending on the package you chose, the number of messages per month varies. To send messages to your community, you simply needs to go to your dashboard online to the messages section.
Can my competitors send messages to my members?
No! It is your community and our goal is to keep you closer than ever to them. It is very important for us that you keep that connection with them, especially in times like these.
What is the difference between in app and push?
An in-app notification is a notification that the user sees only when they open the app. A push notification is the classic notification we all receive on our phone that once clicked, opens an app or a particular link.
Who can write me a review?
Only the clients who added your business to their membership. That feedback will only be visible to you and will not be published anywhere.
What if I am not satisfied?
